We now offer acid dipping, a form of chemical stripping, which can remove any old paint or powder coat in no time. This paired with shot blasting offers the perfect prep for your powder coating to offer the best results. You can have items acid dipped without being blasted but this will need a thorough clean and prep before you start any other process.
Shot blasting is the process of forcing high pressure media over the surface of an object to remove any loose debris or old finishes. The media ranges from steel shot to nut shells depending upon the requirement. Don't worry, we'll discuss your requirements and see which will provide the best results for you!
