Powder coating is a process of applying electrostatic charged powder, to the grounded part. Once thoroughly coated, this is then cured in an oven creating a strong bond with each particle and the part itself.

If you need something even more durable we also offer thermoplastic coating and even chemical resistant coatings
Thermoplastic is designed for high-traffic areas or components in particularly harsh conditions due to it being a much thicker coating.
Chemical resistant coating is excellent for items that will endure extreme heat abrasion or chemical contact.
